Carry Narcan Or Else cotton t-shirt.  It has a skull on it and what appears to be what are known as perc 30s, which have been mass-produced illegally with fent in them instead of oxy.  There's no regulation on these counterfeit pills, so someone who would normally not overdose from 30mg of oxy could overdose immediately from ingesting too much fent.  These things kill people, no exaggeration or hyperbole about it.  The shirt might have a comical look to it, but it's not funny.  These little blue pills are becoming more and more common and since there's no FDA regulation on them, content and strength are pretty much a coin toss.  Carry Narcan.  It might save someone's life.  carrynarcan.org
